RE-OPENING TO GUESTS FROM THE 1ST NOVEMBER 2021.

As a family owned and operated business, the health and well-being of our guests and staff is Out of the Ordinary Outback group highest priority.

Condition of Entry to Out of the Ordinary Outback Properties

ANYONE WHO HAS RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS OR FEVER (>37.5°C), EVEN IF THEY ONLY HAVE MILD SYMPTOMS, MUST:

  1. Advise staff
  2. Immediately get tested for COVID-19 and;
  3. Place themselves in isolation until they have received their result.
  4. Everyone must comply with government and Public Health Order directions while on the premises.

If you are fully vaccinated you can visit our onsite Restaurant. You must:

  • carry vaccination evidence with you and produce it for inspection to a police officer or authorised officer if requested
  • check in with the Service NSW app or provide your contact details to the occupier
  • follow the face mask rules.
  • People who are fully vaccinated can now stand while consuming alcohol. 
  • No dancing is permitted in an indoor area.

THIS INCLUDED AND NOT LIMITED TO:

  • All staff instructions must be followed.
  • Conditions of entry followed when entering the Bar and Restaurant
  • There must be no more than 1 person per 4 square metres indoors and 1 person per 2 square metres outdoors.
  • All staff instructions must be followed.
  • Hospitality premises are open to customers to eat and drink on the premises.
  • Group bookings are limited to 20 people — unless the booking is for a significant event, such as a wedding or funeral.
  • Maintain 1.5 metres physical distancing.
  • Everyone must practice good hand hygiene.
  • All guests, including long-term casuals and visitors, MUST complete a QR Check-in on arrival.
  • Park rules and conditions must be followed.
  • Onsite Restaurant and Café areas are restricted to a certain number of guests, please check signs and follow instructions by staff.

COVID-19 RECORD KEEPING FORM

The NSW COVID-19 Safety Plan requires Out of the Ordinary Outback Properties to keep a record of the names and contact details (either mobile number or email address) for all guests (long term casuals, visitors and contractors etc) entering our property, for a period of at least 28 days.

Records are to be used for the purposes of tracing COVID-19 infection, and are stored confidentially and securely.  You will be asked on arrival to fill in a form when entering the public areas.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN FOR HOLIDAY PARKS MOVING FORWARD?

Out of the Ordinary Outback will continue taking bookings for both vaccinated and non-vaccinated people from the 1st of November as  Caravan parks and camping grounds can reopen for people who are not fully vaccinated.
Our team will continue to strictly adhere to the following regulations:

    • Safe distancing of 1.5 metres between staff and guests
    • Ensuring 4 square metres per person
    • Increased the cleaning frequency in our common and high touch areas, including disinfecting cabin keys upon check out of each guest
    • Going cashless for transactions where possible
    • Providing hand sanitiser in common areas where water and soap is not available
    • Endeavouring to ensure guests are provided with current Coronavirus (Covid-19) information at check-in
