Dining at the Broken Hill Outback Resort  

Built in the 1860s and totally updated recently by Out of the Ordinary Outback, the heritage-listed Mt Gipps Hotel forms the welcoming heart
of our Broken Hill Outback Resort, 13km east of Broken Hill.  The charming hotel offers an authentic outback dining venue, all day, every day, with sweeping verandas, a toasty fireplace and a wonderful bistro. Perfect for lunch or dinner or any time in between with live entertainment offered outside on Sundays for thirst-quenching bevies and bar snacks with friends or family. An evocative, inventive, and highly curated menu – including must-try pizzas – offers guests the very best that Outback NSW has to offer. The Broken Hill Outback Resort has various menus to choose from. 

The Mt Gipps Hotel is full of energy and life, created as an engaging and inspiring place for guests to reconnect with one another during their travels and to have something wholesome before they head off for the day of adventure or towards their next destination. A menu seasonally inspired and our freshly ground coffee for the coffee lover. 

Lunch and Dinner provides guest selection of delicious traditional home-style pizza menu which is served all day from 12:00pm – 8.00pm, and a bistro menu served for lunch 12:00 – 2:00pm and 5:00 – 8:00pm for dinner; both menu offerings are available below. We also offer all day Pizza’s which is perfect for the hungry or for sharing.
